Hi! Welcome. We’re your standard homeowners, who work hard to turn our houses into homes for us and our kids. With my husband in the military (Coast Guard), we move every four years and find ourselves with a whole bunch of new projects to tackle.

I’m starting this site in 2024, but will try and post some previous imagery from our house in Virginia, as well as new adventures with our house in North Carolina. We purchased a new construction home, which is lovely, but doesn’t have a ton of personality. During our 4 years here, we’ll slowly make some small and large changes to update the house, while always keeping in mind that this is not our forever home.
